These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pumex HubSpot integrations and applications ("the Apps", "the Services", "we", "our", or "us").

You are responsible for:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT DATA SYNCHRONIZATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pumex Infotech Pvt Ltd. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF REVENUE
• LOSS OF DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pumex Infotech Pvt Ltd. its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your processing of Customer Data

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required fees remain unpaid
• Use of the Services creates security, legal, or operational risks

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
