In most cases, the customer using the Services acts as the Data Controller for personal information processed through the Services, and Pumex Infotech Pvt Ltd. acts as a Data Processor or service provider acting on the customer's instructions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required consents, providing required notices, and complying with applicable privacy laws regarding the data they collect and process through the Services.
